Overview
Shanti Asiatic School started as one school in Bopal in 2009, with 150 students. It's now a network of 6+ K-12 campuses across multiple Indian cities, under the Chiripal Charitable Trust, educating 25,000+ students. But growth like that rarely stays under one consistent name. Some campuses carry the Shanti Asiatic name directly; others, like Shanti Vishvaniketan, sit adjacent to it. That's exactly the kind of sprawl that makes a group hard to recognize as one brand from the outside.
That's the real problem this brief solves: a parent evaluating one campus should be able to recognize the same institution, the same trust, the same standards, at another campus in a different city, without the group's growth showing up as brand inconsistency. Brand architecture work here means deciding what stays uniform across every campus (name structure, visual identity, tone toward parents) and what's allowed to flex for local context.
Campus design and parent communication both flow from that same decision. A school's physical presence and its everyday communication with parents are often where brand inconsistency is felt most, long after the logo is settled.
