Challenge

The challenge was twofold: first, build a system that could genuinely collect, analyse, and act on real-time educational data at scale. Second, communicate this complex, data-heavy initiative in a way that earned trust from educators, policymakers, and international delegates. We approached both with equal rigour.

Solution

Authoritative and progressive — a visual identity that conveyed trust, data intelligence, and governmental credibility while remaining accessible. The iconography and environmental design communicated scale and precision.

Execution

Strategised the VSK model from inception alongside Aditya Shah. Crafted the visual identity including the iconic logo and environmental graphics for Gujarat. Produced compelling explainer and impact videos. Orchestrated events at the highest levels — guiding esteemed delegates including Ajay Banga (World Bank President) and Janet Yellen (US Treasury Secretary) through the Kendra. Extended the VSK framework nationwide to other Indian states.
