Overview

Unispace isn't new to Ahmedabad real estate, it's just rarely the name people know. For over 40 years, the group (quietly, under the Bagadia family) has been developing land rather than building on top of it, which is a different kind of patience than most developers show. Inverness at Alloa Hills is where that patience becomes visible: rolling hills left largely as they are, with architecture from names like Hiren Patel and Studio Sangath treating the land as the actual product, not just the site.

The campaign challenge is unusual for real estate: most developers sell finished square footage, a floor plan you can walk into today. Unispace is selling land before it's anything, asking a buyer to imagine what isn't built yet, on terrain most people would only ever visit, not live on. That's a harder story to tell than "luxury villa," and it's the one the campaign has to carry.
